We recommend ordering your cake as soon as you can! In most cases, 48 hrs is enough and some last minute options may be available but aren’t guaranteed.

Pickup is anytime after 11am. If you’re going to be late to pickup, or you need to cancel the order, please call us!

Of course! Please be sure that whoever picks up the order knows the name or phone number that the order was placed under.

Yes we do! Every order is different, so please call the bakery to get specifics on pricing and delivery options.

We will do our best! If you provide an image(s) of what you are looking for, our talented cake decorators will work with you to create a unique and beautiful design!

For cakes with buttercream: you do not need to refrigerate.
For cakes with whipped cream: refrigeration is required.
Anything from out frozen section: should be left to thaw in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
For all cakes, please keep them as flat as possible on the floor of your car (rather than someone’s lap or the passenger seat) when transporting.
